Active during the daytime, you may be able to hear the faint call or trill of the males looking to court a female. They do well in groups, if given enough space. We keep trios in 18 × 18 × 18 bio-active terrariums.

Dart frogs require high humidity 80+%, and thrive in a bio-active enclosure.
They feed on flightless fruit flies that should be dusted with a calcium supplement.
These frogs are not poisonous due to their diet in captivity.
Dart frogs are strictly display animals to be enjoyed for their beauty, and should not be handled.
