Banded crickets are popular feeder insect for reptiles and amphibians. They are known for being more resistant to common cricket viruses, having a higher protein content, and being quieter. Though they are smaller and better jumpers, making them prone to escape. They require warm conditions (80-90°F) to be kept long term, and can be cultured easily with minimal odor.
The Large crickets that we offer range in size from 3/4” to 1” in length.
