The Gold Dust Day Gecko Latin name Phelsuma Laticauda, is a diurnal species of gecko. They live in northern Madagascar, and have been introduced to Hawaii and other Pacific islands. They are primarily an arboreal species which can be found in tropical forests and may also associate with human dwellings. The gold dust day gecko feeds on insects and nectar. In captivity we feed our Gold Dust a diet of Pangea and calcium dusted crickets. Being arboreal, we recommend a taller enclosure for these Day Geckos.
