This is our own blend of soil ingredients that we use for our smaller plants and seedlings. All organic, this soil has a medium water retention with plenty of aeration to help prevent root rot. We recommend using this soil for plants (Specifically Airoids) in up to 6” pots.
We recommend soaking and straining this soil before use to remove any fine particles remaining on the activated charcoal. Using a liquid fertilizer in distilled or RO water will help temper the soil and add to its moisture retention for its initial use.
If you choose not to temper or soak the soil before use, that is fine. We just recommend that you water thoroughly after potting.
